A one-piece solid abutment for cement-retained single crowns and bridges on the Straumann tissue-level Regular Neck 4.8mm platform. The abutment seats on the implant's internal taper and is torqued directly into the fixture — no separate fixation screw. A flat side with circumferential ring grooves gives the crown a path of insertion and mechanical retention for the cement lute.

Flat side or hexed top

Titan makes this abutment in two collar configurations. This SKU is the flat side with ring grooves, the traditional Straumann-style indexing. The Titan Design Solid Abutment (TN-ISA) substitutes an external hex for the flat, and pairs with its own sleeves, copings, and analogs.
