Compatible with BioHorizons External Hex (Maestro) implants. These 
parts fit the 3.5mm, 4.0mm, and 5.0mm platform diameters with a 
standard external hex connection. All abutments are machined from 
Grade 23 titanium in the USA. Includes straight locking abutments, 
healing abutments, impression copings, ball head abutments, and 
implant analogs.

Not sure if this is your implant? The Maestro / External Hex implant 
has a hex platform visible above the gumline connection, similar to 
older Nobel Biocare Brånemark-style implants.
