Solid Abutments for Tissue Level implants

Solid Abutments for Tissue Level Implants | Two Specialized Designs

Imagine a restoration so mechanically stable that the risks of screw loosening, micro-movements, and crestal bone loss are virtually eliminated. Our specialized line of one-piece solid implant abutments is engineered exclusively for tissue-level implant systems, completely removing the independent abutment screw from the equation. To solve distinct clinical challenges and match varying laboratory preferences, Titan Implants proudly manufactures two highly engineered, high-precision solid abutment variations:

1. The Regular Flat-Side Solid Abutment with Grooves

Picture the classic, time-tested geometry trusted by implantologists worldwide. This configuration features a traditional, micro-machined flat side along the upper post that provides  anti-rotational security for cement-retained crowns. Precision-engineered horizontal retention grooves encircle the upper portion, dramatically increasing the surface area for your dental cement. This creates an incredibly powerful mechanical interlock, making it the ideal choice for standard, high-load posterior crown and bridge cases.

2. The Titan Design with External Hex Surface

This innovative design moves beyond the traditional single flat-side layout by integrating a prominent external driving hex directly onto the mid-body surface of the abutment. Positioned on the outer body where the flat side would normally be rather than inside an internal chimney, this external hex allows clinicians to utilize standard driving tools for incredibly secure, high-torque seating. This outer surface hex geometry provides multi-directional anti-rotational stability, giving dental laboratories an ultra-precise, slip-free restorative foundation for custom crown and multi-unit bridge restorations.

  • Platform Support: Fully stocked across Regular Neck (RN) and Wide Neck (WN) tissue-level connection sizes.
  • Monolithic Strength: Single-piece titanium alloy design ensures unparalleled long-term fatigue resistance under heavy occlusal loads.
