IMZ Compatible Prosthetic Components

The IMZ system is out of production, but the implants are still in service. Titan Implants manufactures the restorative components needed to complete and repair those cases — abutments, analogs, impression copings, and matching lab screws — stocked and ready to ship. Orders placed by 3:30 PM Eastern ship the same business day.

Every component is machined in Bergenfield, New Jersey from Grade 23 ELI titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI, ASTM F136) to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications. Titan has supported discontinued platforms since 2000, and for IMZ we remain one of the few domestic sources.

IMZ was produced in more than one connection configuration, and components are not interchangeable between them. Verification of the platform is the responsibility of the treating clinician or laboratory. You are welcome to send us the measured diameter along with a photograph or radiograph and we will share our observations to assist your review.
