BioHorizons® Internal Hex Compatible Abutments & Parts

Titan Implants manufactures a full line of components compatible with BioHorizons internal hex implants. Every part is machined from Grade 23 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) at our facility in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

Components by Platform

• 3.5mm Prosthetic Platform: Healing abutments, impression copings (open and closed tray), analogs, straight locking abutments, temporary abutments, titanium bases, plastic sleeves, bar posts, and ball abutments.
• 4.5mm Prosthetic Platform: Same full component lineup as 3.5mm, plus screw-retained intermediate abutment attachments.
• 5.7mm Prosthetic Platform: Healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, plastic sleeves, and intermediate abutment attachments.

Screw-Retained Intermediate Abutment System

Titan manufactures compatible components for the BioHorizons screw-retained intermediate (transmucosal) abutment system, including 3.5mm, 4.5mm, and 5.7mm platform abutments, abutment analogs, direct impression copings (open tray), plastic castable copings, bar posts, and temporary abutments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are BioHorizons internal hex and external hex components interchangeable?

No. The internal hex and external hex (Maestro) are completely different connections. Components are specific to each connection type.
