Titan Implants manufactures a full line of components compatible with Nobel Biocare Brånemark external hex implants. Every part is machined from Grade 23 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) at our facility in Bergenfield, New Jersey, and verified against the original prosthetic specifications.

Implant-Level Components by Platform

• Narrow Platform (NP) 3.3mm: Healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight locking abutments, plastic sleeves, bar posts, and ball abutments.
• Regular Platform (RP) 3.75/4.0mm: Full component lineup including healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight abutments, modifiable abutments, temporary abutments, post abutments, plastic sleeves, titanium bases, bar posts, ball abutments, multi-unit abutments, and cover screws.
• Wide Platform (WP) 5.0/6.0mm: Healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight locking abutments, plastic sleeves, bar posts, and ball abutments.

Titan also manufactures compatible components for Brånemark abutment-level prosthetic systems:

• Transmucosal Standard Abutment: Two-piece abutments, abutment analogs, impression copings, bar posts, and plastic sleeves for the RP platform.
• EsthetiCone Conical Abutment: Conical lab analogs, impression copings, bar copings, and plastic sleeves for the RP platform.
• Mirus Cone / Multi-Unit Abutment: Engaging and non-engaging abutments, analogs, impression copings, temporary sleeves, bar copings, and plastic sleeves. Compatible with NP and RP external hex and tri-channel connections.

All Brånemark external hex compatible components use a 0.050″ hex (1.25mm) screwdriver interface.
