The Titan Implants Multi-Unit Bar Coping (NB-MUABP) seats on Nobel Biocare® Multi-Unit Abutments and serves as the prosthetic connection for laser-welded bar overdentures and screw-retained hybrid frameworks. Machined to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications, it is intended for laboratory fabrication where the post is welded to a titanium bar or framework.

Product Details

• Machined to specification — produced to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications for consistent seating on the Multi-Unit prosthetic platform.
• Grade 23 ELI titanium — Ti-6Al-4V ELI conforming to ASTM F136. The extra-low interstitial grade carries reduced oxygen and iron content relative to standard Grade 5, the specification called for in surgical implant applications.
• Titanium-to-titanium laser welding — machined for laser welding to titanium bars and frameworks. Same-alloy welding avoids the dissimilar-metal interface created when joining to other framework materials.
• Full-arch application — suited to multi-implant bar overdentures and screw-retained hybrid restorations on Multi-Unit Abutments.
• Domestic manufacturing — machined in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

Comes in either 0.048'' or 0.050'' hex screw

• Nobel Biocare® torque wrench — use with the Titan Square Head Screwdriver Adapter, SKU NB-TWSHA.
• Straumann® torque wrench — use with the Titan Square Head Screwdriver Adapter, SKU IS-TWSHA.
