Titan Implants has manufactured dental implant restorative components in the USA for over two decades. We're not a reseller or an importer — we machine our components in-house from Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) titanium, the extra-low-interstitial alloy specified for demanding medical-implant applications. Here's what sets us apart.

Most suppliers focus on the handful of best-selling platforms. We manufacture components compatible with more than 20 implant systems — from current market leaders (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer/ZimVie, Biomet 3i, BioHorizons, Astra Tech) to specialized and regional systems. One supplier for your whole practice, whatever your dentists place.

2. The widest dimensional range available

Our straight locking abutment line pairs medical-grade material with a dimensional range you won't find in a compatible abutment: profile diameters from 3.5–6.5mm and collar heights from 1.0–5.5mm in 0.5mm increments (availability varies by platform). Match emergence profile and soft-tissue height directly off the shelf — the fit of a custom abutment, without the lab time, turnaround, or cost of custom milling.

3. Legacy & discontinued system coverage

This is where Titan is genuinely unique. We carry compatible components for implant systems the original manufacturers no longer support — Steri-Oss, Calcitek, Paragon, IMZ, Core-Vent, Bio-Lok, Innova, Spectra, Centerpulse and more. If you're restoring an older implant and the OEM parts are gone, we're often the only source that can help. 4. Titan Design innovations

Beyond compatible components, we've engineered our own improvements: the Titan Design solid abutment with hexed top for enhanced crown retention, the Simple Step abutment (our upgraded Straight Locking Implant Abutment), the Wide Emergence Profile Modifiable Abutment for 3i Certain, our Bicon Octagon Base post, and the Implant Locator Pin — a chairside tool that simplifies component seating. These aren't available anywhere else.

5. USA-made, same-day shipping

Every component is machined in the USA to precise tolerances — not imported. Orders placed by 3:30 PM EST ship the same day, Monday–Friday, with free shipping available on qualifying orders.
