The Titan Implants Titanium Temporary Abutment (NB-MUTAS) seats on Nobel Biocare® Multi-Unit Abutments for fabrication of screw-retained acrylic provisionals. Machined to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications, it supports chairside or laboratory fabrication of temporaries used for tissue conditioning and emergence profile development during the healing phase. • Non-engaging (rotational) — the rotational interface allows passive seating across divergent implants, the configuration used for splinted, multi-unit screw-retained provisionals. Cases requiring anti-rotation at the prosthetic connection call for an engaging component.
• Screw included — supplied with the prosthetic screw; no separate screw order required.
• Machined to specification — produced to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications for consistent seating on the Multi-Unit prosthetic platform.
• Grade 23 ELI titanium — Ti-6Al-4V ELI conforming to ASTM F136, the extra-low interstitial alloy specified for surgical implant applications.
• Modifiable chimney — the vertical chimney can be shortened chairside or in the lab to accommodate available occlusal clearance.
• Domestic manufacturing — machined in Bergenfield, New Jersey.
