Centerpulse® Compatible Abutments & Parts

Titan Implants manufactures compatible prosthetic components for implant systems marketed under the Centerpulse name. Centerpulse’s dental division was formed in 2001 through the merger of Sulzer Calcitek and Paragon (Core-Vent Corporation), combining two of the earliest implant product lines in the industry. Many patients still have Centerpulse-era implants in function, and Titan manufactures compatible restorative components for these platforms. All parts are machined from Grade 23 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) at our facility in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

Taper-Lock External Hex Compatible

Compatible components for the Centerpulse Taper-Lock external hex implant (originally the Calcitek ThreadLoc platform). Available for the 4.1mm platform:

• Healing abutments, impression copings, implant analogs, straight locking abutments, temporary abutments, non-engaging post abutments, non-engaging impression posts, bite-registration posts, plastic sleeves, bar posts, ball abutments, and cover screws.

Screw-Vent & Tapered Screw-Vent Compatible

Compatible components for the Centerpulse Screw-Vent and Tapered Screw-Vent internal hex implants (originally the Core-Vent/Paragon platform, later continued by Zimmer Dental as the TSV/TSX). Available across three platform sizes:

• 3.5mm Platform (MV 3.25mm): Healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight abutments, tapered abutments, temporary abutments, titanium bases, plastic sleeves (including gold base UCLA), bar posts, ball abutments, and cover screws.
• 4.5mm Platform (MV 4.25mm): Same full component lineup as 3.5mm platform, plus screw-retained tapered abutment system with associated lab components.
• 5.7mm Platform: Healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight locking abutments, plastic sleeves, and bar posts.

Note: Centerpulse Screw-Vent components use the same prosthetic connection as Zimmer/ZimVie TSV and TSX implants. Components listed here are also available under our ZimVie / Zimmer Dental Compatible category.

AdVent Compatible

Compatible components for the Centerpulse/Zimmer AdVent internal hex implant. Available for the 4.5mm and 5.7mm platforms. Components include healing abutments, impression copings, analogs, straight abutments, temporary abutments, ball abutments, bar posts, plastic sleeves, tapered abutments, and titanium bases. Also available under our ZimVie / Zimmer Dental Compatible category.

Calcitek Spline Compatible

The Calcitek/Centerpulse Spline implant system is also supported by Titan. Spline compatible components are listed under our Calcitek Spline Compatible category.
