Cover screws are placed flush against the implant platform at the time of fixture placement to protect the internal connection during submerged healing. The low-profile head sits level with or below the crestal bone, keeping the internal geometry clean and uncontaminated until second-stage surgery.

Compatible with Core-Vent implant systems (Internal Hex) with a 3.5mm platform. Precision-threaded titanium body with a polished head that resists soft tissue ingrowth and allows clean retrieval at uncovery. Requires a 0.035" hex driver for placement and removal.
