UCLA Castable Abutment are wax-compatible, burnout-ready abutment blanks that allow laboratory technicians to design and cast fully custom abutments — including emergence profile, margin placement, and angulation correction — without being constrained by off-the-shelf dimensions. This is the starting point for any case where anatomy, angulation, or esthetic demands rule out a stock abutment.

Compatible with ZimVie / Zimmer Dental implant systems (Screw-Vent) with a 3.5mm platform. Available in hex and non-hex configurations. The Castable Abutment engages the implant connection directly and burns out completely in a standard casting cycle, leaving a clean titanium or metal alloy custom abutment.
