Tapered abutment plastic sleeves are wax-compatible, burnout-ready casting blanks designed to seat over a Transmucosal tapered abutment — not the implant body directly. Laboratory technicians wax up the desired crown or coping geometry over the sleeve, then invest and cast to produce a custom metal coping that fits precisely over the seated conical abutment.

Compatible with BioHorizons implant systems (Internal Hex). The internal geometry of the plastic sleeve seats over the conical abutment's external profile and burns out completely in a standard casting cycle.
