Tapered abutment impression copings capture the precise position, angulation, and orientation of a seated tapered abutment — transferring the abutment's exact three-dimensional location to the working cast at the abutment level rather than at the implant platform. This abutment-level impression technique is used when the tapered abutment will remain seated in the patient's mouth and the prosthesis is to be fabricated directly over it.
Compatible with BioHorizons implant systems (Internal Hex). Precision-machined to fit closely over the tapered abutment collar, ensuring accurate positional transfer to the analog in the definitive model. The long retaining screw allows open-tray retrieval through the impression material without disturbing the abutment position.
Manufactured in Bergenfield, NJ by Titan Implants.
