The Plastic Sleeve Straight Locking Implant Abutment (PSLIAF) is a wax-compatible, burnout-ready UCLA-style abutment blank with a precision-machined titanium hex base that engages the ZimVie / Biomet 3i External Hex internal connection — giving the laboratory complete control over emergence profile, collar height, and coronal anatomy. Unlike a machined stock abutment, the PSLIAF allows the technician to wax up and cast any coronal geometry over the plastic sleeve before delivery, making it ideal for cases where soft tissue depth, emergence angle, or occlusal demands rule out an off-the-shelf abutment.

Compatible with ZimVie / Biomet 3i implant systems (External Hex) with a 5.0mm seating surface. The engaging titanium base locks into the External Hex connection for anti-rotation; the plastic sleeve burns out cleanly in a standard casting cycle, leaving no residue. Available in collar heights 1, 2, 3, and 4mm. Includes Grade 23 titanium fixation screw.

Simplify placement with the Titan Implant Locator Pin — insert the pin first for easier guidance and alignment of the straight locking abutment, especially in areas with limited visibility or access, then remove and replace with the fixation screw.
