The Titan Implants Straight Locking Abutment Flat (T-3.4ISLIAF-01) restores ZimVie / Biomet 3i Certain implants on the 3.4mm platform, 3.25mm implant body. Machined to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications from Grade 23 ELI titanium, it indexes to the implant's internal hex for cement-retained single-unit and splinted multi-unit restorations. Titanium screw included.

• Engaging internal hex — indexes to the implant's anti-rotation feature. Supplied in locking configuration only.
• Flat side surface — provides the anti-rotation reference for the cement-retained crown.
• Four collar heights — 1, 2, 3, and 4mm, for margin placement to the tissue height present.
• 8mm prep height — standard stock height, reducible chairside or in the lab.
• Single emergence profile diameter — PROFILE_MM mm.
• Horizontal grooves — reference marks for height measurement and preparation, and surface texture for cement retention while allowing retrievability.
• Grade 23 ELI titanium — Ti-6Al-4V ELI conforming to ASTM F136, the extra-low interstitial alloy specified for surgical implant applications.
• Titanium screw included — no separate screw order required.

Choosing Between This and the Modifiable Abutment

This abutment is stock-form: fixed emergence profile, ready to prep. The Modifiable Abutment (T-34IMA-01) carries a 6.5mm emergence profile that can be reshaped for individually fabricated cement-retained crown and bridge work and telescopic restorations, and accommodates implant axis divergence up to 20° in splinted cases.

Choose this abutment when the stock emergence profile meets the case. Choose the modifiable when it doesn't.

Non-Engaging Option

This abutment is locking only. For a non-indexed connection, use Bar Abutment T-34ICA-12.
