The 3i External Hex compatible 5.0mm platform plastic UCLA waxing sleeve is available in two options: one with no collar height and the other with collar height options 1, 2, 3, and 4mm in a 6mm emergence profile diameter: SKU#T-5PSLIAF

The plastic casting sleeve has horizontal grooves spaced at 1mm intervals around the circumference of the sleeve. These grooves aid in simplifying measurements and transferring measurement information between laboratory personnel and/or the dentist involved in the fabrication of the implant abutment. The remaining grooves enhance cement retention in the final casting.
