The IOL Bar Abutment is an abutment-level component designed to seat over the Biomet 3i Immediate Occlusal Loading (IOL) intermediate abutment — not directly into the implant body. The IOL abutment system allows clinicians to place implants and deliver a provisional bar-retained overdenture in the same appointment; the T-IOL Bar Abutment is the prosthetic interface that connects the IOL abutment to the laser-welded titanium bar framework.

Compatible with ZimVie / Biomet 3i Immediate Occlusal Loading (IOL) abutments, External Hex connection, 4.1mm seating surface. The non-engaging cylindrical post seats over the IOL abutment and is laser-welded to titanium Hader or round bar stock to create the overdenture framework. Requires a 0.050" hex screwdriver for placement. Includes titanium screw.

Manufactured in Bergenfield, NJ by Titan Implants. Engineered for the IOL immediate-load protocol. When the treatment plan calls for same-day loading, use a Bar Abutment made to work with the IOL system.
