Placed at second-stage surgery or at the time of implant placement, it extends transgingivally to guide soft tissue healing and establish the emergence profile for the final restoration.

What it does: The T-4IHA occupies the implant-to-gingiva interface during osseointegration, preventing tissue overgrowth onto the implant platform and shaping the soft tissue cuff that will support the final abutment. A well-formed gingival collar simplifies final abutment seating and improves esthetic outcomes, particularly in the anterior and premolar regions where the 4.1mm Blue Platform is commonly used.
