Non-engaging titanium bar abutment for Steri-Oss HL-Series and Replace external hex implants on the 6.0mm platform. Seats directly on the implant and is laser-welded to a titanium bar, producing an all-titanium framework for implant-retained overdentures and fixed-detachable restorations. Dimensionally inspected against our controlled drawings.

• Laser welding replaces the casting workflow. No waxing, investing, casting, or finishing. The bar is welded directly to the abutments on the model.
• Non-engaging by design. Splinted frameworks need to seat passively across several implants at once. Engaging geometry on each abutment fights any divergence between fixtures and loads the framework as it draws down.
• Typical bar cases run two to five implants. A common configuration places the Hader bar and retentive clips anteriorly, with locking pin attachments distally for support and stability.
• Titanium to titanium. Machined from Grade 23 ELI titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), so it welds to a titanium bar without a dissimilar-metal joint at the interface.
• Parallelism drives the outcome. Check divergence across all fixtures before you commit to bar geometry. Correcting it after the weld means starting over.
