Straight abutment (stock titanium abutment) for Steri-Oss® HL 3.8/4.5mm. Engaging (hexed) — for single-unit restorations. Choose collar (cuff) height and profile diameter with the Abutment Sizing Guide; see engaging vs. non-engaging.

The fixation screw secures the abutment to the implant. Screws are consumable components and are commonly replaced at definitive delivery, after repeated try-in cycles, or whenever a restoration is retrieved and reseated.
