Transmucosal abutments bridge the gap between the implant platform below the gingival margin and the prosthetic connection above it, managing the soft tissue interface and controlling the emergence profile of the final restoration. The collar height — the polished, tissue-contacting section — must be matched to the patient's soft tissue depth to ensure the prosthetic margin is placed at or just below the gingival margin for optimal esthetics.

Compatible with STERI-OSS implant systems (External Hex) with a 4.5mm platform. Machined polished collar in available heights to accommodate varying tissue depths. The supragingival prosthetic platform is designed for direct crown fabrication or for connection to a standard prosthetic coping.
