 Titan Implants' Solid Abutment can be used for Paragon Swiss-Plus 4.8mm Platform implants if the dentist does not want to engage the internal octagon of the  implant.  Restore the implant by torquing in the solid abutment and taking an abutment impression using the solid abutment transfer cap.  The Titan solid abutment has ring grooves designed for mechanical restoration. The solid abutment comes in two different shapes. One has a flat side with grooves and the other is called the Titan Design which has a hex instead of a flat, offering better crown retention. Both work well, we recommend the Titan Design solid abutments.
