UCLA castable abutment (all-plastic burnout sleeve) for Bio-Lok® 3.45mm. Wax up and cast a custom abutment or a screw-retained crown.

The fixation screw secures the abutment to the implant. Screws are consumable components and are commonly replaced at definitive delivery, after repeated try-in cycles, or whenever a restoration is retrieved and reseated.
