Cover screw (closure screw) for Bio-Lok® 3.45mm. Seals the implant connection during submerged healing; replace it with a healing abutment at uncovery.

Requires a 0.035'' Hex Driver: 0.035" Hex Driver For External Hex Compatible Implants (T-HSHD-035)

Compatible with Bio-Lok implant systems (External Hex) with a 3.45mm platform. Threaded titanium body with a polished head for retrieval at uncovery. Requires a 0.035" hex driver for placement and removal.

USA-made in Bergenfield, NJ by Titan Implants. Manufactured to the same tolerances as OEM cover screws — at a fraction of the cost. Available individually or in practice quantity packs.
