The Simple Step Abutment (ESA) is a Titan Implants exclusive design that provides multiple stepped emergence profiles machined directly into the abutment body, eliminating the need to custom contour the coronal anatomy chairside. Available in three prep heights (4.0mm, 5.5mm, and 7.0mm) and three profile diameters (4.1mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm), the stepped design allows clinicians to select the collar height and emergence diameter that best matches the soft tissue depth and desired crown contour for each case.

Compatible with ZimVie / Biomet 3i implant systems (External Hex) with a 4.1mm platform. The engaging hex design provides anti-rotational stability at the implant connection; the stepped coronal profile accepts direct crown fabrication in the lab or chairside temporization. Available in locking (engaging) Includes titanium screw.
