Post abutment is used for multiple-unit restoration and also for provisional temporary restorations. Can be used to take impression without the use of an impression post, analog, and other prosthetic components.

 Please note there is no thread timing.

 Have to work intraorally since there is no anti-rotation feature

Check occlusal height first on the model, Make sure to put a flat wall so the index is known
