Shouldered post abutment for Bicon 3.5mm and 4.0mm diameter implants with a 2.0mm well. The shoulder establishes a defined margin for crown preparation and soft tissue emergence. Locking taper connection. Machined to the referenced system's original prosthetic specifications.

Caution — indication limits. To be purchased at the treatment provider's discretion. The 2.0mm post is for the mandibular anterior only, straight placement, with no angulated load. Selection and case suitability are the responsibility of the treating clinician.

• Three prep heights: 4mm, 5.5mm, 7mm. 4mm for limited interocclusal space or shallow preparations; 5.5mm for standard cases; 7mm where deeper soft tissue or added retention length is needed. Selecting the closest height reduces chairside grinding and preserves abutment bulk.
• Multiple collar (cuff) heights so the margin can be positioned relative to the gingival crest, matched to soft tissue thickness and implant placement depth.
• Multiple emergence profiles. The stepped design offers several flare diameters, giving a graduated transition from the implant platform to the crown margin rather than an abrupt one — useful for shaping proximal contour and papilla support in the esthetic zone.
• Horizontal grooves on the post provide mechanical cement retention with retrievability, and serve as visual height reference marks when assessing seating depth.
• Stock alternative to a custom abutment. The prep height, collar height, and emergence profile combinations cover a range of cases without the cost and turnaround of a custom or CAD/CAM abutment.
