Modifiable abutment is an abutment with a wide emergence profile that can be re-shaped to the desired form for individually fabricated cementable crown and bridge restorations and telescopic crown restorations. Implant axis divergences of maximum 20° are compensated by inserted bridge restorations and suitably adapted forming.
