- Custom fees, Import duties, taxes, and all other applicable import expenses are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Purchaser is responsible for these charges
- If there is a refusal to accept the package, the buyer still bears responsibility for return shipping charge and 25% restocking fee in addition to previous shipping charges.

- International orders outside the US do not qualify for free shipping.

- All orders must be placed by 4:00pm US EST (Eastern Standard Time).
- Ground and Express orders placed after mentioned time will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm US EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
- During national holidays, (ex. Christmas, New Years, Independence Day) please allow additional one to three business days for delivery.
- Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

- Titan Implants will prepay shipping costs and add charges to the invoice covering the shipped product.
